Chamber member GCDA are running a Level 2 Food Safety training course on Thursday 22 November at the Eltham Centre from 9.30 – 5.30. This training is essential for anyone working with food, or wanting to get a job in the catering industry.

Also on offer is also very exciting new Knife Skills Training course starting on Monday 26 November. This 3-week course covers everything you need to know about knife skills, safe handling and care, chopping and cutting techniques, boning and filleting and more. Each week participants will cook and eat together. You can book here for this course
