I have attached the agenda providing an overview of the topics we will be discussing. We will be joined by a team of experts who will be on hand to answer any questions you have regarding the impact Covid-19 is having on the local business community and what support, funding and information is available for you to access. Please send any questions you have directly to me prior to the meeting and I will ensure they are passed to the relevant person(s).
Joining instructions:
Sign up to Zoom for free: www.zoom.us/signup (You can do this via your PC/Laptop/Mobile Phone/Tablet devices).
Once you have signed up you will be able to join a Zoom meeting via www.zoom.us/join and typing in your unique meeting number and password. You can also click on the link sent to you directly from the meeting host.
Once you have joined a meeting you will have the option to join by video and audio, and it is entirely your preference if you would just prefer to join with just audio. There is a chat function for you to ask questions throughout the call and some other options that may be of use which we will brief you on at the start of the call.
As an enhanced security measure, we will be operating a waiting area, in order that we can authorise all participants to join the meeting prior to it starting.
