Check Out Greenwich & Bexley Community Hospice Events this Christmas

November 8, 2019

Wanna get down to some funky soul beat

Visit our Hospice Christmas Fair on Saturday 23 November between 1pm to 4pm and browse our range of Christmas stalls, visit Santa in his Grotto and see some Christmas ponies! Free entry; everyone welcome!

Every year people across Greenwich & Bexley join together to remember their loved ones by dedicating a light on the Hospice Christmas tree in their memory. The lights will be switched on during our Light up a Life services on Saturday 23 November. The first will start at 4.30pm, following our Christmas Fair, the second will be held at 7pm. Both will be led by our Hospice Chaplain and will include readings, carols and prayers; the events are open to everyone regardless of faith or culture. Everyone receives a warm welcome and we will be on hand to listen and support you if needed.

Kick-off your Christmas celebrations by dressing up as Santa and doing the 5k Hospice Santa Dash! Join 1,000 Santas on Sunday 1 December for a morning full of fun and raise funds to help us keep local families together this Christmas so they can make special memories that will last a life-time.

Make your little one’s Christmas extra special this year by booking tickets for Story time with Santa our Greenwich Market Grotto from Monday 2 to Friday 6 December – ideal for toddlers and pre-school aged children.  Children will also be able to visit Santa and his elves in his Grotto every weekend in December.

And finally, tickets are now on sale for this year’s spectacular Carol Concert at The Old Royal Naval College on Friday 6 December. With a limited number of tickets available, book yours early to make sure you don’t miss out on this very special festive event.  You can buy your tickets online or by calling 020 8319 9230.
