Health and care partners from across South East London worked together to vaccinate 329,831 people before the 14 February deadline, of which 60,352 were Bexley residents.
In Bexley up-take of the vaccine has been high with the percentage of people vaccinated in each of the priority groups as follows:
- 91% of over 80s
- 90% of 75-79 year olds
- 88% of 70-74 year olds
- 82% of clinically extremely vulnerable
- 88% of Bexley care home residents
Any resident over the age of 70 who has not yet had their first COVID vaccination can now book online, call 119, or contact their GP practice directly.

Work continues to ensure that anyone eligible is offered the vaccine and to address any concerns residents might have.
Residents over the age of 65, and those with an underlying health condition at high or moderate risk from COVID-19, are now being invited to have their vaccination.
