. Another mobile testing unit for people with no symptoms of the COVID-19 opened in Erith on Thursday 14th of January, in the pedestrianised area between 70 & 98 Pier Road.
The site will be open every day from 9am to 3 pm up to and including Sunday 17th January 2021.
Anyone who does not have symptoms but is at increased risk of COVID-19 can be tested. This includes people who have a household contact with symptoms or a household contact who has tested positive or people who work in a public-facing capacity in the public, private or voluntary sector.
You do not need to book a test for this site.
The tests are quick to take and the results will be text or emailed within 24 to 72 hours. If you are tested positive you will need to isolate immediately for 10 days.
This is one of several testing sites open within the Borough and the aim is to test as many people as possible and stop the spread of the virus.
