The South East London Chamber of Commerce (the Chamber) exists to promote business between its members and to give assistance to enable them to compete for business both at local, national and international levels.In particular we welcome new businesses to the Chamber so that they may benefit from the fund of knowledge and expertise that exists within the bounds of our experienced membership.

We provide first-class business support to companies of all shapes and sizes through a range of membership services and networking opportunities. At the same time we are mindful of our responsibilities to the environment, residents of the boroughs and in particular to young people who will become tomorrow’s entrepreneurs and business managers.
We carry out an important role in acting as an informed signposting operation, putting our members in touch with the most appropriate and best people to help them and their businesses develop and grow.

We are pleased with our associations with all 4 boroughs in south east London and we work with them to assist local businesses in any way we can particularly with issues such as transport, environment, skills and the economy.
We are represented on the Local Strategic Partnerships of all the councils. We are however completely independent politically and financially, which allows us to fully represent our members’ interests in an unbiased manner at all times.
