Five local businesses have won awards in the latest round of the Lewisham Business Awards. South East London Tennis CIC won a Social Enterprise award. Head Coach at South East London Tennis CIC, Chris Howard, said: “We are really proud to be recognised for our work in offering the local community the opportunity to play tennis, a large proportion of which is free to primary and secondary school children.”

Mayor of Lewisham, Sir Steve Bullock said: “The calibre of candidates in this round of the Business Awards was incredibly high and ranged from a bespoke sound and digital entrepreneur to a 50-year-old family-run hairdressing business. All five businesses that received awards play a huge role in contributing to the diversity of the businesses in Lewisham. I congratulate all five winners and wish them all the very best for the future.”
