Provision of shared workspace within the community

Dear colleague

As part of its growth agenda, Bromley Council is seeking to provide opportunities for touch-down and co-working space that caters to the needs of entrepreneurs and SME’s to work alongside one another and share skills in a collaborative community atmosphere.

There is a noted absence in the Bromley market for these types of shared open workspaces. The Council wishes to support new business growth within the Borough by addressing this market gap by encouraging the provision of more flexible and affordable workspace which will also provide a range of community benefits.

We want to understand the needs of potential users of this type of work space – and have created a short questionnaire to capture what local entrepreneurs and SMEs would require from a shared work-space. Please do help us to understand the local need by filling the form yourself and distributing the link throughout your networks, especially those you know who are seeking workspace.

The closing date for responses is Wednesday 17 May.

Thanks in advance for your assistance with this research.

Please look out for future events and further news on this initiative.
