Bexley Business & Employment (BBE) Have Launched Their New Website

March 4, 2022

Bexley Business & Employment’s new website will provide Bexley residents and businesses with a ‘one-stop shop’ for information on employment and business support.

The new website at www.bexley.gov.uk/bbe includes information on how to prepare and find work through the BBE employment support service. Businesses can use the site to access a new e-business programme, grants, business networking events and much more.

Residents and businesses can register with BBE online using the new website.

Cabinet Member for Growth, Cllr Cafer Munur said:

“We want to help local people back into work as well as making sure local businesses know what is available to them after the last two difficult years. The new website has been designed to provide the support people may need to get into employment, change their job or to find out about training. Local businesses can find out more about grants and opportunities available to them in one easy place.”

Whether you are a resident who needs support into work or a business looking for premises or staff you can also get in touch with the BBE on 020 3045 3800 or by emailing contactus@bexleybe.co.uk

The BBE run a variety of programmes to help people find sustainable employment.

The Council’s business and employment services changed their name to Bexley Business & Employment (BBE) last year to capture the team’s wider responsibilities and raise their profile among residents, businesses and partners.

The services formerly offered by ‘Bexley for Business’ will be part of the new BBE service.

BBE is also working in partnership with the Engine House Bexley to deliver support to businesses.
